ABOUT THE SUMMIT
Moving the conversation beyond compliance — and into real impact.
The Southwest School Safety Summit is designed to focus on what actually works: behavior-based strategies, prevention frameworks, and the community factors that directly influence the safety and wellbeing of our schools.
This summit is about shifting from perceived safety to true risk mitigation. Attendees will engage in practical, evidence-informed discussions around prevention, response, and the implementation of programs that create safer, more connected school environments.
School safety is a shared responsibility.
This summit is intentionally designed for a broad audience. Because safety isn't the responsibility of one role — it's a shared commitment that requires everyone at the table.
Two days of high-impact learning and connection.
More than 50% less expensive than other statewide or regional safety conferences — while delivering high-quality, personalized professional development.
MEET OUR TEAM
A lineup built for real-world impact.
National experts and practitioners who bring deep expertise and lived experience to the work of school safety.
EVENT SCHEDULE
Two days. Two distinct focuses.
Kick off with a powerful keynote address from Dr. John Hodge, setting the stage for a prevention-focused approach to school safety. Expert-led presentations on behavior-based frameworks follow, with intentional sponsor engagement throughout the day. The evening concludes with a cocktail reception — space for meaningful networking among attendees, speakers, and partners.
Day two focuses on practical application and real-world implementation. High-impact presentations continue alongside dedicated sponsor engagement. Attendees will also be introduced to NCPCV™'s flagship initiatives — Green Zone™ and the Ollie the Owl Youth Safety Program — scalable, behavior-based tools they can bring back to their communities.
SPONSORSHIP
Support work that matters.
Your investment keeps registration costs accessible for schools — more than 50% below comparable conferences — while positioning your organization alongside nationally recognized leaders in school safety.
Sponsorship contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. NCPCV™ is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 26-4179729).
